Bainbridge Youth Services invites you to this informal, interactive conversation between a panel of experts and guests to provide answers surrounding youth & family mental health and wellness challenges. ASKbys speakers will offer an overview of the topic, answer questions gathered from guests, and share their professional knowledge and advice.

ASKbys Panel of experts:
Ask the Therapist: Hear from and ask questions of Courtney who has a pulse on what local youth are experiencing and feeling and learn ways to engage with youth. Examples of topics may include; building healthy relationships with youth, social media and internet concerns, mental health, and stages of child development.
Ask the Doctors: Hear from and ask questions of Dr. Jillian Worth. These local physicians are experts in the health of young people and understand that physical and mental health often go hand in hand. Possible topics might include biological and developmental changes in youth, substance abuse, and trends that they might be noticing or learning about regarding young people.
Ask the Community: Hear from and ask questions of community members Kelsey of BIPD and a BIFD representative who work with local youth.
Topics may include how the community handles and responds to situations concerning youth, or tips on how to handle parenting
situations.
Ask the Youth: Hear from and ask questions of youth in our community. You will be given access to Maxwell, who is currently serving on the BYS Youth Advisory Board, and will be available to answer questions. Topics could include what youth are concerned about, how to talk to your teenager, or how to connect with youth.
Join us! We believe families are more successful when they are informed, know where to find resources, and where to turn for support. Everyone benefits when all community families are healthy.
